Dedicated EA: The Executive Assistant that we recruit for you will do virtual work exclusively for you. OffshoreWolf believes the only way to build a powerful, long term Client-EA partnership is to have an EA who thinks about you alone. Our goal for all of our clients is to increase leverage from their EA more and more over months and years to come.

Investment: Offshore Wolf charges either $99 a week, $199 a week or $399 a week depending on the type and expertise of an Executive Assistant, a $99 a week EA will be just as good as $199 or $399 a week VA, but just less experienced.

Price Lock Guarantee: Our service pricing will be the same for at-least 1 year of you working with us, after that we raise our price 10% per year to increase your Assistant salary and to keep them motivated.

Month-to-Month Agreement: Our EA agreement contracts are simple, straightforward and renews month-to-month. We don’t require you to be locked in for any length of time. Our partners stay with us based on our proven success, not because a piece of paper says so.

Talent Retention: OffshoreWolf hires all EAs on a 12 month contract basis meaning the EA that’s installed into your system after hours and hours of training will work with you for a minimum of 1 year even though our partners (you) sign a month-to-month agreement with Offshore Wolf. If you decide to leave early, we will place your EA with another company immediately with no consequences to you.

Working Hours: We will provide you an Executive Asssistant who works whatever hours are best for you, whether that means working while you sleep or working the same hours side by side with you.

Time Tracking:  We have partnered with a time tracking software that tracks time, projects, work hours and performance including screenshots every 10 mins and mouse movement and computer activity of your EA. With us you can have a peace of mind that your EA is working full time and not watching Netflix.

Mindset: Our one and only goal for our clients is to increase the leverage from our EAs more and more every single day. If you are investing $99 dollar on us, we expect you to get $999 more by having the EA work on tasks that add massive value to your company.

Recruitment: Our recruitment period takes 1-2 weeks. Recruitment can sometimes take time because we don’t just randomly pick up people from the streets of Philippines. Our EAs are interviewed/skill reviewed/assessed examined/background checked and only after that are placed on our talent placement pipeline.

Equipment and connectivity: All of our EAs have necessary equipment including a laptop, high speed internet and a sound environment to work comfortably from their home.

Payroll and Management: One of the major perks of hiring an Executive Assistant from Offshore Wolf is that we recruit, train, support, manage and pay your Assistant on an on-going basis meaning apart from one click monthly credit card payment, theirs no paperworks, bureaucracy or any additional headache on your end with our service package.

Structuring and Taxes: We cannot talk about what happens when you hire an EA from somewhere else but Offshore Wolf  is a US based company and working with Offshore Wolf can simply be written off as a business expense.
